Change Neutron bug to Invalid.  Actually, it is a case where we are not
being allowed to fix this in Liberty branch and told to remove our
driver.  Therefore, the fix is only available in Mitaka codebase in
networking-brocade repository.

  ML2 plugin for MLX: Unable to configure device with ssh connector when
  enable password is configured

Bug description:
  When the following command is configured in FI/NI device, it puts the
  user directly into privelege mode after login, without the need to
  execute 'enable' command.

  aaa authentication login privilege-mode

  When the above command is configured, ML2 plugin falis to configure
  the device. This also happens when enable password is configured using
  the following command.

  enable super-user-password
