  error occurred when swift Pseudo-folder include "="

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  when swift Pseudo-folder include "=" (this kind of usage often use in
  hive partition), hirizon link will transfer "=" to "%253D", for
  example, my Pseudo-folder name is "A=B", if I want enter "A=B",
  actually enter "A%253DB" through horizon
