  Pass instance's name to neutron

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Opinion

Bug description:
  Nova, while creating or updating port for an instance, does not pass
  name to the port's request body.

  Though, device-id is set as VM's uuid it would help to pass the name along with it for the ease of corelating port with the instance.
  Instance's name will be the port's new name and it will be easier to corelate them.
