  Projector selector icon is not helpful

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  The project selector uses an ambiguous icon.  There is no shortage of
  space in either the top nav or the collapsed nav menu, so there is no
  reason for an icon.

  We should just replace it with text.
