hyper-v  nova  compute agent  go  down with error  Error writing vm
console log file from serial console pipe. Error: [Errno 2] No such file
or directory

During  scale  test ,  hyper-v  compute  go  down ,  its  shown  as
down  in  nova service-list .

Looks  like  nova-compute stops  sending  heartbeat   to  controller  when it  hits  error "Error writing vm console log file from serial console pipe. Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '\\\\.\\pipe\\2aace779-3ed7-44eb-9c58-ba2ecf614fe2'
