Title:
  SecurityGroup rules not removed causes port build slowly

Status in neutron:
  Expired

Bug description:
  When our public cloud services run about 1 year, we found there are a
  lot of security group rules not removed but the related port had been
  deleted. Those security group left in iptables and has no way to clear
  up. This makes port build very slowly because the iptables rules too
  many.
