  [Shared images] is missing and wrong parameter

Status in Glance:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Response parameters in List shared images [1] miss "shared_images" parameter.
  And type of "image_id" parameter is "xsd:string", this value is wrong. It should be change "csapi:UUID".
