[Bug 1582172] [NEW] objects: Enforce UUID type check in tests

Public bug reported:

oslo_versionedobjects.fields.UUIDField will validate UUID in next major
release, but nova has many tests with invalid uuids. So need fixes tests
before moving to new major release of oslo.versionedobjects. For more
