In the Mitaka Neutron Release Notes there is a broken URL under the
section "Other Notes" which is incorrectly linked with the text "Please
read the OpenStack Networking Guide." The URL incorrectly links to
"http://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/networking-
guide/adv_config_availability_zone.html" which doesn't exist and it
would be the wrong topic even if it did exist.

The correct URL that should be referenced is
http://docs.openstack.org/mitaka/networking-guide/
