Title:
  Adding a complex action following the  tutorial doesn't work

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  After following the tutorial "Adding a complex action to a table", I
  don't see nothing. I followed the tutorial until that point and in
  fact  I created a my dashboard with a panel and with a table, but  I
  also want to see the button "Create Snapshot" near the filter and
  inside the table i want to manage the actions.
