  Network tab of Launch instance window doesnt handle extremely long
  strings

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Create a Network with a very long unbroken name (i.e. no spaces or
  '-'). Go to Project -> Instances, click Launch instance and go to
  Network tab.
