[Bug 1586031] [NEW] V2 API's with 4 byte data as input raises 500

 

Public bug reported:

V2 Api's for create endpoint, create user, create tenant and create role
raises 500 Internal Server Error when 4 byte data is passed as input for
name or region parameter through curl command.

Steps to reproduce:

Case I: Region passed as 4 byte data in endpoint create api
