I clone the code of glance from github and check out to version mitaka,
then run unit test several times using "tox -e py27 --", each end with
"InvocationError":

Ran 2999 (+2218) tests in 781.701s (+2.504s)
FAILED (id=5, failures=264 (+256), skips=13)
error: testr failed (1)
ERROR: InvocationError: '/home/yu/openstack/glance/.tox/py27/bin/lockutils-wrapper python setup.py testr --slowest --testr-args='
