  Import Namespace modal description should use tt tags

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  This description should be update to used <tt> around the api
  commands.

  Specify a metadata definition namespace to import.

  Only definitions in raw JSON format are supported.

  Administrator Note: Use the following CLI command to import the
  default definitions into Glance:

  <tt>glance-manage db_load_metadefs</tt>

  
  As a side note, we should move away from using <tt> since it is not supported in HTML5.
