    modified filter tab name for images shared by projects

    previously named "Shared with Me" for one of the 3 filter tabs on
    project/image page. Selecting this tab would show all images shared
    with current selected project. Updated the tab name accordingly to
    clarify the confusion.

Title:
  Images "shared with me" misleading

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The horizon project images tab shows three sub tabs: Project (count),
  Shared with me (count), and Public (count)

  This is somewhat misleading as glance images are shared with a project
  (formerly known as tenants) not with users. Users see this and are
  afraid other users on the same project cannot see the image since it
  is shared with "me". They view "me" as user_id level
  scoping/association vs. project/tenant level scoping/association. So
  users file tickets to go "huh". Can we fix this please?

  A couple of other possible labels for this:
  * Just "shared"
  * "Project-wide shared"
  * STDs (implying others have already been intimately involved with this non-public image)
  * "Cross-project Shared"

  etc.
