Title:
  metadata should provides username of the user who created the
  instances

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The metadata provided to instances should contain the username of the
  user who created the instance. At the moment this could only be
  submitted via user_data but we think it should be useful to place that
  in the corresponding json.
