[Bug 1588691] Re: 'keystone_authtoken.user_domain_id' is not in config
So these are all options that are configured by a deployer for their
environment. What are you looking to do from murano?
Also you don't need to specify all those options, just use the names and
it will work.

Bug description:
During migrating to keystone v3 murano-team faced a problem with getting domain variables such as project_domain_name, project_domain_id, user_domain_name and user_domain_id. Looks like it never have been placed in the right place.
