with http://paste.openstack.org/show/521902/ The same error I was able
to reproduce locally with that change

I think that problem is that TestWalkMigrationsPsql and
TestWalkMigrationsMysql do not use MySQLOpportunisticTestCase and
PostgreSQLOpportunisticTestCase as they should.
