When looking at the network table one is able to click dropdown "Delete
<network, subnet, port>" and it will pop-up with a message asking
whether a use wants to delete.

Upon confirmation it will delete.

If you click the link and go into the details for the <network, subnet,
port>. And attempt to delete. It will pop up a message, but omit the
name/id.

Upon confirmation. It will NOT delete.
