    pep8: Register checks with their code
    
    pep8 searches for check codes in their docstrings [1]. This allows us to
    either ignore or select particular checks by their codes.
    
    e.g. flake8 --select=N333

Bug description:
  Due to https://github.com/PyCQA/pycodestyle/issues/390 , we now run
  only check that makes sure we use unittest2 instead of unittest.
