I want to create a qos-bandwidth-limit-rule,so i make a command:
neutron  qos-bandwidth-limit-rule-create qos-policy_01 --max_kbps 2000000

and prompt message is:
Must provide max_kbps or max_burst_kbps option.

and then I make a anather command successfully
neutron  qos-bandwidth-limit-rule-create qos-policy_01 --max-kbps 2000000

so the prompt messag should be :Must provide max-kbps or max-burst-kbps
option.
