  InternalServerError for admin user.

  Steps to reproduce

  Command:
  nova list --status invalid-status

  Actual result
  =============
  ERROR (ClientException): The server has either erred or is incapable of performing the requested operation. (HTTP 500)

  Expected result
  ===============
  It should return empty instance list.
