This is a bug for the docs team, not Horizon; if you check any of the
other project docs, all of the "Other Versions" links appear broken for
them too.

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit http://docs.openstack.org/developer/horizon/index.html. 
  2. Click any of the links under "Other Versions"
  3. Receive 404 Not Found.
