Title:
Rescue does not provide access to ephemeral disk
Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
Expired
Bug description:
Currently the rescue operation maps the "old" root disc to /dev/vdb
and leaves the ephemeral disc (which was on vdb) unmapped.
There are cases where a root disc is corrupted beyond recovery but the
user want to save their data before deleting the instance - so the
ephemeral disc should be mapped to /dev/vdc.
