How can this be a bug if this feature is not yet released and thus work
in progress? If there's any proposal you want to make target the
blueprint instead.

  trunk plugin missing necessary callback

Status in neutron:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  trunk pluin now provides only notification on add/delete_subports.
  For SDN controller support(OpenDaylight specifically) more callbacks are needed.
