That's not a bug. The lib looks interesting though. Maybe start a
conversion on the ML if Nova sees a benefit in using that.

Bug description:
  Use DDT library to reduce code duplication

  DDT can ease up error tracing and autogenerates tests on basis of different input data.
  It allows to multiply one test case by running it with different test data, and make it
  appear as multiple test cases. This will help to reduce code duplication.

  Currently DDT is implemented in openstack/cinder and openstack/rally.
