  revert-resize doen't drop new pci devices

Status in OpenStack Compute (nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This commit https://review.openstack.org/#/c/307124/ fixes the resize for pci device,
  but in drop_move_claim it takes always the old pci device for the migration context.
  It should get the pci device according to prefix
