Title:
  External auth method has problem in getting the head of REMOTE_USER

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When enable the external method, It need to pass a REMOTE_USER as a log user.
  For now it can't get the head of REMOTE_USER, and we should modify the method in controller.py.
