  when click edit pencil icon in the table cell in projects and users
  panel will display markup error when login timeout

Bug description:
  Reproduce the bug:
  1 Click the pencil icon in table cell in users and projects panel in identity panel group
  2 When login time out it will redirect to login page
  3 Login successfully and it will return to the previous page, and it will display css style error
