    Remove multi select option on Resource types table
    
    Resource Types panel in Orchestration panel group has a resources
    type table.Filter option has been added recently and it brings
    checkboxes for each rows by default which is not necessary for this
    table action. Hence set multi select option false to remove checkboxes.

  UX: Resource Types table with unnecessary checkboxes

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1. Go to Project->Orchestration->Resource Types

  Looks like there are no table actions (batch actions) attached to this
  table, making the checkboxes a useless thing.
