    Fix use of etc. in metadefs docs.
    
    OpenStack house style is no Latin, which includes "etc.".
    This fixes the usage in the metadefs documentation.

  OpenStack house style is no Latin, which includes "etc.".  Should use
  "and other resources" instead.  Shows up here:

  concepts.rst
