    Fix use of etc. in metadefs docs.
    
    OpenStack house style is no Latin, which includes "etc.".
    This fixes the usage in the metadefs documentation.

Bug description:
  OpenStack house style is no Latin, which includes "etc.".  Should use
  "and other resources" instead.  Shows up here:

  * intro to metadefs section of the dev docs: docs/source/metadefs-
  concepts.rst
