These are the kind of bugs that mostly just get lost in the system, as
they are personal todo list items. I'd rather just see the patch for
something like this.

  libvirt: drop py26 compat for get_console_output

  Opinion

Bug description:
  There is py26 compatibility code in the libvirt driver to query the
  console output [1]. We can drop that as we have py27 as minimum. At
  the same time we can refactor that method a little to make it easier
  to read.
