[Bug 1615104] [NEW] Chart doesn't reflect the changes when creating a volume from an image

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to project -> volumes panel
2. Click create volume
3. Select "image" as the volume source and choose an image
4. Note that the Total Gibibytes chart doesn't reflect the selected image size

The Total Gibibytes chart should show the selected image size in green.
