  The content type in OAuth1 extension is not spelled correclty

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently, the response's content type for creating request token or
  access token is `application/x-www-urlformencoded`, there is no
  content type named as this, the correct one should be `application/x
  -www-form-urlencoded`.
