reason to keep this open, so lets move forward.

  Refactor test_launch_instance_post

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  There are multiple tests re-using test_launch_instance_post in dashboards/projects/instances/tests
  Based on feedback from previous review comments, it makes sense to refactor this test in the generally accepted way and create a new method _test_launch_instance_post and have all other tests use that method with just the required arguments.
