[Bug 1620342] [NEW] Packet loss betwen compute and VNF hosted on compute

Public bug reported:

Contrail 3.1.0.0 (Build 25)

Note my cluster is down and I can't give more debug information until
it's recovered, starting this bug for tracking purposes for ATT Contrail
VNF testing project.

Seeing reproducible packet loss within a compute node hosting a vSRX VNF
and we are unable to troubleshoot it any further.

Tap interface on compute node via vif --list --rate output shows 100K PPS consisently.

However the PFE of the vSRX VNF at times is showing slightly less at 99,500 PPS input and output.

Final destination of traffic shows sporadic packet drops presumably as a
result of some consumption during the hand off between compute and VNF.

Expecting 100K on tap interface, and 100K input and output on vSRX VNF
consistently. Packets are seemingly lost between compute and VNF.

More details coming.....
