  Fix spaces in log/exception messages and add period in help messages

Bug description:
  As per standards mentioned in, 
  http://docs.openstack.org/developer/oslo.config/styleguide.html

  1. Fix spaces issue in log/exception messages.
     Add space at the end of line (message) rather than the space from start of next line.

  2. Add period at the end of each sentences in help messages.
