Recloning the repo and reinstalling the venv fixed the issue.

  keystone running under uwsgi generates warning "Could not load fernet"

Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When running keystone with uwsgi, the following warning and traceback
  is generated:

  This doesn't happen in devstack where keystone is run under apache.
