  Opinion

Bug description:
  Currently Nova doesn't support resize or cold-migrate under LVM
  backing-storage.  Do resize/cold-migrate causes the following
  exception:

  MigrationPreCheckError: Migration pre-check error: Migration is not
  supported for LVM backed instances.
