Public bug reported:

As per [1] , there are certain combinations for IPv6 Address Mode and
IPv6 Router Advertisement which are not currently implemented.

Expected output:
Currently no message is raised for them to the API consumers.

Actual output:
Proper message should be raised to inform the API consumers about the missing/incorrect combination of IPv6 Addressing options.
