I noticed two UI issues on the login panel(see attached screenshot).

1. The error message shouldn't have the list style(the dot before the
message) because there will be just one message.

2. The eye icon to show the password should position within the input
box as in Liberty. Bootstrap styling positions it to be below the field.
In Liberty, ".form-control-feedback { top: 0; }" was defined on
horizon.scss to override it but it's lost during the refactoring.
