[Bug 1630783] [NEW] Nova returns HTTP500 if deleting attached volume

To reproduce bug #1621452 on the gate, we tried to add the corresponding test to Tempest (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/382083/).
But the test failed at the unexpected place like:
