  BGP dynamic routing in Networking Guide

Bug description:
  The file bgp_dragent.ini needs to end in .conf, not .ini. Ending the
  file in .ini produces this in the logs

  And the agent crashes

  Changing the extension on the file to .conf resolves this issue.
