this is as-designed. no delete operations give feedback. just as in
linux if something does not give you an error, you can assume it
occurred just fine.

Bug description:
  When a role is deleted, no output is displayed on screen. This is
  vague. A confirmation should be generated for the user to avoid
  ambiguity.
