  "Terminate" message should be more precise to avoid mistakes

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  It may happen that an user could "Terminate" an instance whithout
  knowing what it's going to happen.

  I think we should improve the "Terminate" confirmation message to add
  more words and let the user know what's happen when we do this action.
