[Bug 1640052] [NEW] LBaaS: Only one pool member gets deleted when multiple pool members are selected for deletion

In mitaka:
Only one pool member gets deleted when multiple pool members are selected for deletion.This issue is seen when horizon UI is used for operation. Some times when u add multiple members at a time using UI, we see some members are getting missed in list ( neutron lbaas-member-list).
1. Create load balancer
2. create listener
3. Create pool
4. Add Members to the list
5. Attach health monitor
6. Load balancer will get created successfully.
7. Go to Load balancer >> Listeners >> Default Pool id >> Members >> Add/Remove Pool Members
8. Remove all the members.
9. Click on Add/Remove Pool Members tab.
10. Go back to default pool id and check for members.
11. Few members will remain there. Only one member gets deleted at a time.

  1. Create load balancer
  2. create listener
