Currently, only the actual size of the an image is displayed on the
images panel. However, when the user tries to launch an instance with a
qcow2 image, the size of the image shown on the images dropdown is
actually the virtual size.

According to the comments on this ticket
https://bugs.launchpad.net/glance/+bug/1190559, virtual size is more
important than the actual size. Virtual size is shown on the image
details panel now, but I think it would be good to have it shown on the
images panel as well.
