    Remove repetition of "Attached to" in table
    
    When volume is attached to instances, there is duplicated word "Attached to"
    in table header and table cell.
    So I fixed words to "devices on instances" in table cell.

  Repetation of "Attached to" in Column Header as well as populated
  field

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  In Project -> Volumes tab, if a volume is attached to an instance,
  under the "Attached to" header we have entry as "Attached to
  <instance_name> on <device-name>". IMHO it should be only
  "<instance_name> on <device_name>" , we should not repeat the
  information
