[Bug 1641939] Re: class neutronclient.common.exceptions.Unauthorized

 

There is some setup issue in your deployment. Make sure you have the
service user credentials configured in the [neutron] section of
nova.conf, that's what nova uses to make an authenticated connection to
neutron.

  Got this when trying to create an instance on a freshly installed
  OpenStack (Newton) based on the installation guide:
