[Bug 1612174] Re: security bug - launch instance - XSS

I discussed the PoC with operations representatives from service
provider shown there, and they confirmed the interface in the video is
no longer in production. They've checked their current interfaces for
any semblance of this or similar bugs and were unable to reproduce in
their existing services. As such, I've switched this bug to public (and
since the issue is also unreproducible upstream marked our security
advisory task won't-fix).

** Information type changed from Private Security to Public

When clicking on "launch an instance" the networks are not escaped
before being inserted into DOM -> this causes an XSS.

ex : add a network here : horizon/project/network_topology/createnetwork with the value <img src=x onerror=alert(0)> as "name" and "related network"
then launch the instance here : /horizon/project/network_topology/ and you will see the pop up

  Thanks !
